Contest Brief

We are a family owned and operated dairy farm in Manawatu, New Zealand. We are starting up a business to sell raw milk from Fresian cows via a graphically designed shipping container put on a corner site of our farm which is on the main road State highway 57. Location is key. We will be promoting the health and nutritional benefits raw milk has to offer. We'd like a logo to then brand our business called. Camlitt Farms - The Real Milk Shed. We would incorporate signage on car, road, brochure, flyers, website, social media etc. I'm open to your thoughts with regards to the colour scheme so I am looking forward to your designs.

Hi there, My name is Vexel. I am Marketing Director for almost 20 years.

For me the MOST appealing logo entry is #32: Great colours (very fresh), Big Font for High Impact of brand name, Well Balanced of the elements, very smart emphasis of tagline specially the REAL together with the milk bottle.

My 2nd like is entry # 26. Simple BUT this logo could be better because it is less impact for the tagline and brand name. The brand name is too long, imagine when you put this on a bottle, it will get smaller, it will get hard to read.

3rd like are entry # 31 and #23 . Simple but less impact because this logo is very common. #28 is also cool, the breast on a cow face is a little funny but good concept.

Logo Design for Beverage is very important to be in high Impact. So I suggest to the Contest holder to print out and put it on a bottle to see the best logo among all the entry. Also get a survey (10-20 people, ages 15 above) to vote what is the BEST logo (among your TOP 4).

  Thank you for your advice. Although this is going on a bottle, at that point the customer is already buying my milk through the vending machine. So more importantly this logo needs to look good on road signs, My container ship which will house the milk vending machine and and merchandise I use to promote our product. Its good to get an independent professionals advice. Thank you.

Emphasis of the Real is a good idea. We're selling it from glass milk bottles so any use of this could be favourable also.
