Dicas stands for Tips.
WordPress stands for the best CMS ever made.
This is our actual logo:

But to be honest, I don't like it. Not because the color, it was red, I just made white to be "comfortable" with my layout, but I don't feel anything related to WordPress there.
The winner will also be featured on our blog.
