Contest Brief

Two things I'm needing. One, clean up and stylize this logo in Illustrator. Two, come up with a simple logo with the party light idea, as shown next to the logo. I'm not looking for an image of a party light, but a simplified logo concept. I have no particular color scheme. I'm looking for someone that can clean this up, and make it kick butt. I will not accept any crude, sketchy drawings. The letters used in the logo or E P S. Thanks.

Thank you all for your entries so far. I picked a bad time to be out of town, which is why I haven't been as responsive as I usually am. I apologize. So far I'm liking the look of the text on #19, and think #6's icon design is in the direction of what I'm looking for. However, it's far from what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the icon weight and style to match that of the text (EPS). This logo is for a company that offers DJ'ing, photography, limo, and event planning for weddings, corporations, etc.
