We've run into some complications with our previous logo (attached)

Blizzard Entertainment has contacted us and asked that we remove their Game Trademark and the cards from our logo. Being that this would be the majority of the logo, we feel a complete redesign is in order.

So.

We like the logo as is, but some changes need to be made. The Hearthstone banner needs to go, and the cards the dragon is holding need to go as well.

The Dragon is inspired by the ELITE symbol that appears around the portraits of dangerous monsters from World of Warcraft (attached) We'd like this emblem to be implemented somehow, however it CANNOT be a direct rip from Blizzard. The logo MUST be an original creation. We don't want to run into these legal issues again in the future.

The font used in the Hearthstone name can stay - It is called LifeCraft.
We'd like a different font used for the ELITE text of the logo as well.

We would like the logo to be similar to what we have already, but it cannot resemble it to the point that it is right infringing.

TL;DR
-The logo should be of similar design (we're open to different entries. Perhaps similar to :http://bit.ly/16Gror1)
-It needs to be recognizable, and able to be used on its own (like a badge for t-shirts and merchandise)
-IT CAN NOT CONTAIN ANY CONTENT THAT OTHERS OWN THE RIGHTS TO. ATTACHED IMAGES CANNOT BE USED.
-Must contain a similarly colored dragon

Just to reiterate, we want a gold dragon wrapped around the logo like in #17. The logo also needs to include the swirl from this link (try to stay with that color scheme as well): http://bit.ly/HNQevx

  Basically, the whole logo is owned by others. It was great when we had originally started our site, but now that we're growing, we need our own identity. NOTHING from this current logo can be in the new one or reused.
  
  It has to be COMPLETELY redesigned.

For the record, we need a complete redesign. New Hearthstone text, New Elite Text, New Dragon. All new logo.
