Design logo for "IoTsms"

Our new startup is an SMS service alert platform tailored specifically for projects involving "Internet of Things” sensors and monitors.
Our service is aimed at SME’s and end users who aren’t looking for bulk, but reliability and ease.
Prefer 2D flat look than 3D. We want something that ideally looks kind of “cool” when you first see it, possibly incorporating a subtle image or a little unique artwork into the word, but must look professional

Capitalisation, the I and T of IoT must be uppercase and the o lowercase. I do not have preference for the case of sms.

We would probably like to see the word “IoT” slightly distinguished from the word “sms” to make it easier to read for the first time. I have no specific preference of font.

No slogan is necessary. We would like to see something that looks sleek and cutting-edge, but we’re also interested in seeing something that might look a little retro, or even like a badge-style logo. We prefer the logo to be more horizontal than square though.

  scalable vector is something that is 'a must' and I think everyone here knows that. Besides that, jpg, png (transparent/and with background) , psd, eps, etc...and whatever You need
