Contest Brief

We're looking for logos for two different websites, but we'd like the logos to look complementary to each other/related (they are for the same client). The logos are for a USA-based law firm. The law firm's clients are corporations. The logos should feature the text: 1) LiabilityWatch and 2) LiabilityDesk. The client's colors are blue (#2396c3) and gray (#a5a6a2). LiabilityWatch will be a website featuring links to relevant news articles. LiabilityDesk will be a video channel. The look should be sophisticated and corporate. I would suspect a horizontal orientation would work better, but if you have a different idea that works, we would consider that as well. Would like the deliverable to be available as a PSD file with layers.
