Design a Logo for my new web application

Contest Brief
We are building a web application that will allow people to store bookmarks, notes, photos, contacts and other items in the cloud (online servers), and then access them from any browser, iOS or Android device. It will also have a chat system and some other very cool features.
We wanted a cool, buzzy name for the service and eventually we settled on Def Cloud (def is an american slang word meaning cool/really nice). So the name of the service is Def Cloud and it will be located at defcloud.co
So we need a cool, nice, modern logo to go with our service, and are posting this contest to see who can come up with the nicest one. It must be totally original and not copied from somewhere else on the web. It must be trademarkable, meaning I will check the US trademarks database to see if there is an image close to the one you have submitted, which would stop me from getting the image trademarked.
We need a logo (image featuring a cloud or clouds), plus the words Def Cloud and defcloud, designed in a nice cool way. The logo has to work without the words, meaning if we remove the words the image must still make sense.

P.S. I want to thank all the designers that have submitted entries for your time and effort. We have been amazed by the response and have had some VERY good entries. It's going to quite difficult to choose a winner. However, at the end of the contest I shall spend a day or two trawling through the US, UK and WIPO trademarks databases, to make sure there are no already trademarked images close to the 10 or 15 we have chosen as our finalists. I would expect that quite a few will be rejected on account of us finding similar images in those databases (I will send you links to the similar images if we find them). So please do try to keep your images as unique and inventive as possible and not based on something you might have seen elsewhere, you'll just be wasting your time and ours.

Maybe you need to do the search to see the logo, but it was EXACTLY the same as your submitted entry. Yours just had a few extra square dots to the right hand side. Take a look here where you can see the design you submitted in actual use http://www.twns.com/
