Contest Brief

I am opening up my own real estate investment company. I don't want to center it just around investments as I would like to use this name and LLC for regular real estate transactions. I need a logo that is modern. Nothing crazy and something possibly with an emblem that I can use on it is own.

Im open to color schemes and ideas. Send me your ideas and I will let you know my thoughts. Remember I want something that is MODERN.

Who ever the winner is will be asked to send the logo just as is and a separate logo with LLC. added to the name as I am in the process of getting it registered in my state. For now just make the designs based on that name.
