Contest Brief

I am wanting a logo to be created for an online racing league I currently own. The league allows players to join and race against each other on the Xbox 360 / Xbox One.

The colours I have in mind are the following combinations
Red and Black
Gold and Black
Red, Black and Gold

As for textures, I'm wanting some sort of carbon fiber look in the middle of the logo.
