hello freelancers,

UPDATE 2 (it seems like no one reads the brief): PLEASE have the symbol in logo represent Developing or helping millennial leaders to create winning results or using some of the examples in UPDATE 1, When you post your logo, PLEASE explain how the logo represent leadership and my brand that I am trying to build.

UPDATE 1: I am looking for something more than just my name. Some examples include the following: (1) a person growing over time (2) two arrows coming together for a larger arrow (3) sometime illustrating something getting better over time (4) leadership (5) a navigator, (6) whatever you imagination comes up with. I also attached a logo that has "CDP" but also has an illustration representing people growing. This is just an idea. I am not looking to copy.

I am needing a logo to brand myself. I am in the process of strengthening my personal brand, which will soon follow with a website. For now, I am needing a logo for my name:

Color is optional but will need a meaning. My favorite color is red. However, I like the following combination of colors because they have great meanings: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow. Be creative. I prefer a clean look versus something wild.

Professional bio may be helpful for the design:

From racing a go-kart at the age of six to driving over 200 mph on the high banks of Daytona Superspeedway to setting the Alabama State Bench Press Record at the age of twenty-one, Dustin has always demonstrated the desire to win. He has challenged the norm over the years by being the last person to be grandfathered into the ARCA racing series and by being the youngest Site Project Manager for Mundy Companies and KBR. This desire cascades into his everyday work ethic.

For the past 8 years, Dustin Maherg has been working in the construction industry where he has been able to lead over 500 employees before the age of 30. His millennial leadership style has consistently created record-breaking safety, productivity, and cost savings results.

Managers are unsuccessful due to their lack of leadership abilities and understanding. Additionally, organizations struggle with surpassing organizational inertia due to neglected accountability practices, strategy development and execution, and leadership development.

Dustin has solved these problems by identifying the necessary tools for millennial leaders. These tools enable him to build relationships, empower employees, and develop leaders. Ultimately, this builds a work environment where open communication, creativity, teamwork, and accountability are welcomed.
Dustin is committed to teaching millennial leaders how to do this and is a pioneer of bringing a new form of leadership to an industry creating news waves of results.
