  Name is not a concern. Shaved ice store is fine. If it looks good, I would just use it and replace it with my store name. I am more concerned on the bear logo. Please note, what I'm looking for is a cute polar bear like the fisher price one that is drawn and colored similar to the Hello Kitty with the thick bold outline. Please play with the position of the bear, I want it sitting or crawling, something "cute" but not exactly like the fisher Price for trademark reasons.

  Hello all, I prefer images 8 and 9
  8 is dead on to my original thought. however it is too exact to the original picture. please play with positions. Keep "cute" in mind.
  Please make the black outlines thicker also like 9.
  Number 9, maybe tilt the head and add some details.
  As far as colors go, I like where 16 is going with the pink and baby blue
