Contest Brief

Hi
I am looking for someone to design a logo for our firm. We currently use simple language and are looking to upgrade the look.
Our goal is to blend the conservative (old) and modern (new) looks to create a transitional feel that can take us forward for the next 10+ years.

I am open to all ideas including simply using the letters S and Z, or using the entire name, or any creative interation
