Contest Brief

This is a new brand. Speak Seat is an interview with fashion designers and others in the fashion industry. It is fun and informative. Since it is a new brand feel free to be as creative as you want, keeping in mind that it is an interview series.

It's for high fashion so it needs to be sleek and chic. Consider smart ways to incorporate shading and textures, sometimes this adds to the sleekness. Put some thought into the font that you're using. It shouldn't feel like a tech company.

It should feel like an upscale brand.

For examples see the Gilt Man, GenArt and One Kings Lane Logo attached. As far as colors go, We like a fuschia pink similar to #11 and a dark charcoal gray.

If you are going to use the "SS" as the mark, please put it together in a creative way see: refinery 29, or rock and republic (attached) as examples.

  For #10/#11 it's a good start but it should feel more fashiony and less techy.. think Prada and less airbnb.

  I like the general direction with its simplicity. The brand should feel fashiony and high-end, I just updated the brief and attached some files. Hopefully this will provide some more direction/inspiration.

  something like other font or the letters would not be in circle so you can put object on top of it, you can on circle too but it wouldn't be so good as diamond ( like mine ) or square, and also if this is for fashion and interviews i would not reccomend so much bright colours .

  I'm open to seeing what people come up with. But am brainstorming ways to be more clear. The logo should feel like a high end luxury brand.
