Hi all,

We opened a logo design contest for real estate company.

We are going rebrand our company logo and wish to get well designed, minimalist logo and font type.

Company operation on real estate (commercial, residential, retail) sector, offering market research, development, project management, property sales & marketing and property management segments.

This logo will replace corporate name of company. Should be business type, serious and international (global) style.

We would like to get well designed strong logo with below conditions:

Requirement:
- Black, white and red colors, (You can use partly of this 3 color but please, don't use another colors)
- "Tekayak" title
- Need 2 variants: 1. Logo only, 2.Logo+title (logo will be used as avatar on social media)
- Preferred logo location on left site
- Vectorial graphic format for future use on all kind of corporate identity
- Property image not necessary to use in logo (home, house, building, roof etc.)
