Contest Brief

Create an interesting, yet simple logo for a software development company to be known as Teknocracy, Inc.

Preferences:
Avoid gradients.
Should look good on a white or black background.
Must be delivered in Illustrator (.ai) format.
Logo should relate to software development.
The word TEKNOCRACY does not have to appear in the logo.
A limited palette of colors should be used.
A Black and White version of the logo should be recognizable.
