Contest Brief
The FULLer Cup is a sparkling clean place that offers quality food and beverage, served by great people with great attitudes ready to connect with YOU!
Our purpose is to create a space that encourages optimistic participation within and beyond the 4 walls while actively listening, fearlessly teaching and bringing another along happily. The FULLer Cup is in the reaction business. Each transaction matters and will be treated efficiently and graciously. The atmosphere will be sparkling clean corner to corner. We will be preparing hand-crafted espresso drinks, serving iced coffee out of a "Keg", cooking up home-brewed iced chai and providing entertainment with the manual coffee brewing methods like the siphon brewer, chemex or the V-60. In-house made pastries & muffins from family recipes along with signature small plates like a hand-held meat pie or sausage roll will be available. This limited menu will include lunch items that express the season and prepared with excellence. The FULLer Cup will introduce a catering program to nearby professional buildings, local business owners and residents. A focused tea line will be showcased to meet the wants of the fast-growing tea drinkers of the world. In addition, The FULLer Cup will have a merchandise wall that displays unique kitchen/coffee wares that are made by talented small business artisans.
