Contest Brief

Hi there,

I am starting a travel blog about my travels around the world. In the last few years I have travled around China, Africa, Erope and the US and am headed to India soon. The blog will be entertaining and informative for people. It will incorportate text, pictures and video. Food and wine are a big part of my travels and could be incorportated in some way, but not necessarily and I don't want that to be the focus of the logo if it is.
I''ve included 2 pictures of myself because I'm interested in seeing some examples that would use a drawing of me (sketch/cartoon/artistic/?), from the front, or back...but i'm not positive I want to go in that direction, so I would like to see other idea as well.
I plan to use squarespace for the blog, so please check out squarespace.com if you're not familiar with it so you can see the sleek/sophiscated feel those sites have. I would like to the logo to be able to integrate well with a site that looks like that. It should be inviting and pleasing to the eye. Perhaps inspirational ... for others to want to travel themselves, or join me on my travels through the site.

I have listed the contest for 30 days, but I hope to end it much sooner as I'm leaving for my next trip very soon. So please enter asap if you're interested!

I'm just starting the blog, so I don't have a lot of startup cash at the moment, but hopefully the brand will become popular and if I use the logo for the site, I will give you a credit for sure!

If it wasn't clear, the logo should incorporate the name of the blog which is Travel with Tara.
