Contest Brief
HI Guys,
We have an Idea for our new logo (Attached) which we would like to be built upon and improved to a high standard. Our only prerequisite's would be for the font of the designs submitted to stay similar to the style of the font in the concept as we would like the logo to be fun and bubbly and contain no sharp edges. Also we would like the rocket to be shooting out either a flame or a bunch of pixels. Lastly while our preference is blue and yellow feel free to submit entry's in multiple colors and make changes to all other elements of the concept below.

Note's:
1: The logo is for a website so it will need to read well when scaled down.
2: We are a type hobbyist/model website.
3: Company name: Morph Pixels
4: PSD or AI file submission (From the awarded winner)
Conditions:
1: All work must be original and not contain pre-existing assets.
2: The winner will need to sign over copyright. A form will be provided.
3: Logo must be made using either Photoshop/Illustrator and all layers must be non destructive ( No merged Layers).
Additional:
1: No 3rd party services or preexisting assets are to be used in the design of the logo whatsoever. This includes shutter stock, graphicburger and similar sites even if the assets used are royalty free.
2: Submitted designs must be on a single color background jpeg. Displaying the design on a window,card,book etc... will be rejected.

@Ishansagar. If you do attempt to sell anything related to the concept attached or the design chosen you will be infringing on others IP and a registered trademark.

@ Ishansagar: It will not cost me anything. It is the designers responsibility to ensure they obtain the correct licenses for the fonts they use. This will be clearly stated in the copyright assignment form. If any issues arise relating to this topic the copyright owner of the font will be provided with the designers details. If a designer use's a pirated version of any font the responsibility is solely the designers.

You are assuming that that designer has not purchased a license to use that font. Your argument and video are all based on your assumption and I do not appreciate it. All designers have been made aware that a copyright assignment form will need to be filled in before awarding them the prize. Since you have no design submitted please refrain from posting on the public clarification board until you do.

Dear Contest Holder please don't be deceived by the mock up that some designers do put your logo on a big building to make you think its looks great but when you put it on a white background you realize it has zero creativity.

Agreed. Some contestants are using mockups to enhance their designs. Here are some examples: http://graphicburger.com/mock-ups/ and here is the license agreement: http://graphicburger.com/license/ Mockups are Photoshop files loaded with special effects that are automatically applied to a design inserted into them. Contestants can not legally sell or give away these files. Mockups give contestants an unfair advantage by using these sophisticated files that they are not capable of creating on their own.

Please do not seal the contest! Sealed contests invite the cheaters who will submit artwork they find on the internet and the honest contestants can not report them because the entries are hidden. Contestants can seal their own entries, if they have something to hide.

I will not tolerate copied material. Hence the copyright assignment form in which you will have to state all work is original and sign. The designer I originally hired for this project tried to use another persons work in the logo and he was caught out. It is a cheap thing to do and theft. Sealing an entry is perfectly fine to protect any ideas you have.
