Contest Brief

Hi all,
I am looking for a logo/coat of arms for a new business assisting with career development.

Requirements:
-> Similar to emblems of old universities (Oxford, Harvard, Columbia etc.), i.e. looking like a coat of arms - but please no direct plagiarisms!
-> It should include the name of the business, "The Advisory Circle"
-> It should incorporate the motto: "per aspera ad astra" (it might change later).
-> It should look good in Black & White (but the original can be in colour)
-> the logo should suggest that the organisation is traditional, well-established, exclusive, professional, sophisticated etc.
-> it should be provided in a vector format.
-> it might include an open book (similar to Oxford's and Yale's logo), but it doesn't have to - it's just an idea.
-> no royalty (e,g, crown) symbols, please.

  What are you talking about ????? mockups cannot be use on printing materials???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????mockup is used exclusively for presentation of design ... also mockup is created from the original png or pdf files of design !!!!!!!!! - every designer for the winning design delivers Ai, or PSD, png, pdf, jpeg .... and other files which want to contest holder!!!!! - So do not continue to tear down someone else's design based on YOUR ignorance!!:-)))
