I need a novelty check designed in Freelancer.com branding which will be printed in a large size so it needs to be formatted to scale.

I want the Freelancer bird to feature and the colour scheme to be on brand.

I want to leave all the sections (to, amount etc) blank except have the from filled out with Freelancer.com.

It has to be clear, visible and on brand.
