Contest Brief

Please see attachment for the website. I'm looking for a full modern redesign, that brings the page into 2016, meeting modern requirements.

NOTE: THIS IS FOR DESIGN ONLY - I already have a coder so will just need the PSD or similar, preferably spliced up already.

Must be designed to be mobile friendly to assist in search engine ranking.

The main problem with the current design I think is that the payment options are too far down, and should probably be near the top. It's also far too awkward to show many options, so we currently have 4 promoted packages at any time, and then underneath you can click for more options to custimise your order to exactly what you want. I think it would be better to perhaps have the custom order as one of the first things you see, with some promoted packages underneath for people who want to order quickly.

That said, I am not a designer and open to all ideas that will result in a good converting sales page, and easy to rank well in search engines. We will probably be keeping the video, though the video itself will be updated and modernised also.

EDIT / UPDATE!
From reviewing the first few entries, I think I should clarify, I am hoping for a new design that will help us - not a modified version of what we already have. By all means recycle some elements, but I want you to think from a clean slate "how do i make a good sales page?" ...not "how do I make this sales page look different"

My idea is something a little like this theme http://www.live147.com/html/wavex/index.html maybe we could use the video in the top section, and some packages shortly after (maybe 1st thing you see as you start scrolling) just an idea! But I am (eventually) expecting some custom visuals of some sort. I can buy a wordpress theme for $15 and arrange it myself - so please don't merely do this - I am offering payment for someone to take time to think about the actual quality/conversion/design etc. not just shuffle up what is already there. I can do that :P

PLEASE by all means, submit wireframes if you want to avoid potentially wasting time. I am happy for you to submit a wireframe first and once approved you can start adding things for further feedback.

3* with me is "kinda good", but it is still very disappointing! Because people out there have 4*, even someone will get 5* . Which means i have no chance to win ^^

Please see brief, updated/clarified. Not really going in the right direction guys, no offence. Why not try submit wireframes first, before spending too much time. I can extend if need be. But I am perfectly capable of buying a wordpress theme for $15, the reason I am here is for some professional input on modernising the site.
