Contest Summary: We would like you to design a postcard to attract tenants to our apartment complex.

Contest Details: We are an apartment complex adjacent to a public housing project (government housing) that is slated to be torn down. The residents of the public housing project are being given a Section 8 voucher (assistance) that will allow them to rent a house or apartment with the government paying for it. We are looking to send the residents of this public housing project post cards by mail to convince them to look at our apartment complex as a good option for them to move to. Most landlords that rent to people that have these Section 8 vouchers do not include the electricity. We do. This could be a good differentiator for us.

We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the downtown Tampa urban core. We are close to both jobs and things to do.

We have some good information on our website located at tampagardens.com It also has some ideas of the design elements and colors that we are looking for in postcard so it matches are website.

Attached are renderings of the different floor plans as well as some of the exterior renderings. The postcards should make people want to call or visit us. The elements that should be on the postcard at a minimum include:
1. website address
2. phone number
3. listing of the units that we have available (1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments)
4. Should have an urban feel.
5. A detailed listing of the utilities included

The main target market is African American (Black).

In addition to the fee that we will award to be best design, we will also pay the winner of the contest $10 for each Section 8 renter that comes in and signs a new lease as a result of the post cards.

I am reporting you for being unfair, you asked me to do atleast 30 changes, wasted my 20 hours, also promised me to award contest if I make those changes and you suddenly decide to take another one. Seems like you lack character and professionalism. Reported.
