I need a landing page for PPC traffic for my website: www.optionsadvice.com

The landing pages will be used for Google Adwords and will have the goal of getting the visitors who enter the page register at the binary options brokers listed. (affiliate marketing).

The goal of the pages will be to convert. Conversion will be the primary focus. It is very important that you have CRO experience. Just designing a page that "looks good" is not good enough.

I have attached two samples on how the Landing Page should look like.

What I expect is that you make a similar page but not 100% copy it of course, while still following the general format of the example pages.Ideally, make the sample pages better. - It is very important that you follow the general style (but not blatant copy) of the sample pages.

If you could make a few variations of the same design that would be awesome.
