Hi Freelancers!

I am in need of a layered PSD mockup for a website for an Interior Design/Event Planner. Need two designs -- front page, and interior page with sidebar, for all other pages.

Needs to use the signature file, and the logos for each division of the company. The front page should have 2 main areas featured - LTI Interiors, and Vision Events (logos attached).

Header should use the signature file. Navigation Menu must include the following items: Home, Blog, Bio, Interiors, Events, Contact Us, Inspirations

Try to use the LTI Pattern Card Front file in there, and the main colors should be the same Blue, Green, and Purples as in the logos.

Design should be clean and professional looking - not too frilly and not too busy.

There are a small sampling of photos included, some for events, some for interior design. The interior pages will include many more photos, this small sample is just to give you an idea of the work, and you may use some of the photos in the design to show where slideshows will go, etc.

Other elements to include: Newsletter Signup Box, Social media icons (facebook, twitter, google+, youtube, linkedin, pinterest),

I will build a custom theme myself. I'm looking for a PSD design to base that theme off of, using the files I provided... I'm not looking to use any premade theme. Please do not submit proposals of premade themes that do not use any of the logos or files provided with this project. Thanks

  I am sorry, but I do not want an HTML design. I want a PSD design that I can give to my programmer to turn into a theme.
