Updated Information: The examples given ARE just examples and I own no rights to that work or ideas or design.

This is a template, you will not be putting in any content other than placeholders. I am not looking for super fancy, this is for a template for IT whitepapers for financial institutions, so whitespace + clean + not too much abstract art = the best. Looking for simple - I made a few templates myself and it took only an hour or two, so not looking for you to slave away for hours.

THIS MUST BE EDITABLE IN INDESIGN CS6.

Requirements:
1) Colors need to be complementary for CMYK: 90/35/75/24 (dark green) and 45/37/35/2 (grey) - again, they can be complementary or you can use these colors.
2) There needs to be a cover that has a place to include a CIRCULAR logo and then three facing spreads. So six total pages besides the cover. This is going to be for PDF viewing and maybe local printouts, so even doing single non-facing pages is fine.
3) The page size needs to be LETTER (US Letter 8inches by 11inches, portrait facing pages if you wish, or just single pages, (not A4, must be US letter))
4) You will need to put text boxes in where text should be (lorem ipsum is fine).
5) Please do NOT put graphics that are photos. Just design elements.

I'm looking for something easy, not super fancy or detailed. I will likely choose more than one winner, so please feel free to submit more than one design. I will comment if it is not what I am looking for or if something needs to be tweaked. I am looking for a graphic designer that can help my company professionally, so this could turn into longer term work.

As a note concerning the pages - NOT looking for different pages on all 6, just a layout so I have 6 pages, there can be close to or similar or identical design on each one.

Examples given. Again, this is a template, not a full layout. So it'd be something with a top/bottom banner and maybe some vector graphics at a high opacity on the actual sheets and then where you would throw text boxes, but I'd likely change that.

Are there any images to be placed in these spreads and if so, how big and what pages? How much text goes on each page and how big is the logo supposed to be on the cover page? Need more info. #increaseprize

It the size 279.4 mm x 215.9 mm (landscape) Z-folded to 93 x 215.9 mm? Or is it a U fold?
