I need a tattoo of a white wolf that looks peaceful, but confident, sitting down, left pawn on a crown.

Black and white.

You choose the style, go crazy!

Printout has to be at least 10 x 15 cm.

Do you mean it's left paw on a crown (as shown in example)? Also, what style should the design be in?

Style is up to you, can be tribal or geltic etc.Just make sure the lines are clear and no little details. And please, original artwork :)
