Contest Brief
Are you up for a challenge? We need a design that we absolutely love, and so far the designs we have paid for have fallen short. Can you do it?
I am looking for an exceptionally brilliant, colorful, creative, and dynamic t-shirt BACK design (the front will use only the company logo on the pocket area) that uses spot color printing. It is for a watersport business in a very remote tropical island. The business has a logo that should be incorporated into the design. The island Maori greeting is "Kia Orana" which may or may not be used in the design. Rarotonga, Cook Islands location SHOULD be used somewhere.
I am NOT looking for a cut and paste piece of clip-art.
I will provide photos of the speed boat, banana boat, whale watching photos, and their logo that may be used for helping to develop a good concept but don't necessarily need to be used.
T-shirts will PROBABLY be Royal Blue, but may end up being printed on different colors as well.

In the Contest Brief I CLEARLY stated that I am NOT looking for a cut and paste piece of clip-art. I said that I am looking for something exceptionally brilliant (not seen so far), colorful (pasting our existing colorful logo onto a shirt does not make it a colorful design), creative (fallen WAY short so far), and dynamic (nothing remotely close to dynamic has been submitted so far.) How can I be more clear?
