i would like a design for a tshirt

the tshirt should have a funny hashtags and a line under it

example :

#hashtag #funny

a funny text here :)

the design should fit with these guidelines :https://help.redbubble.com/hc/en-us/articles/202270719-How-to-design-a-great-tee

and i would like to receive the end result as a PSD file , and ill be able to change the text / colors to anything i like to publish my own quotes /funny phrases , the design should be able to adapt to the text and similes i enter

main selling point is the text , so i would focus more on the text and its design/effects , added graphics would be a plus
