Contest Brief

Hi GPS is a Residential Land Sales team looking for a working and dynamic website..

It needs to be both physically attractive and funtional..

It will be multi-layered and require a User interface that will allow us to link files (eg PDF or JPG) to the site at a later date..

Website brief:

I have attached our logo and we want to incorporate the Red and Gold from this logo as well as adding in Black and white (or even silver)

We would like the top of the page to incorporate a stock photo in the background with our logo to sit on top,
In the bottom red of our logo we wish to have the following headings linking to a page designed for each

HOME - ABOUT - OUR ESTATES - HOME & LAND PACKAGES - RESOURCES - CONTACT

Under this we would like a box that also sits on top of the background image that has the option to insert 3 different jpgs that will scroll through

Jut under this we want two boxes evenly spaced one that says

JOIN - BUILDERS MAILING LIST: - It should have a space for someone to enter their name, email address and comments..

We would like this to look wide and skinny

Next down we wish to have 2 framed boxes that will be ruffly 11cm wide and about 15cm deep.. These need to interact,,

The box on the left hand side will have icons (jpgs) for each of our estates.. The idea here is to have a generic picture or writing in the right hand side box until someone clicks on one of the icons revealing all the information (eg jpg, Hyperlinks to stored files and a short write up for each estate)

At the bottom of this page we would like the bottom of the page to have a footer in the same color as the logo.. it will have our details as well as icons with links to the developers companies that we get our land from..

There will be a number of briefs to follow once we get some examples of your work
