Contest Brief

This is for a CORPORATE TORONTO [residential and commercial) DEVELOPER WEBSITE.

We are looking for the following website style:
- Modern
- Sophisticated
- Lots of white space
- Clean
- Simple
- Unique
- Nav bar should NOT be TRADITIONAL but something different
- Full screen
- Able to convert to a responsive design (i.e. for smartphones and tablets)

EXAMPLE: Scandinavian Website design

Attached is a flow chart representing the entire site map w/headings. This site needs to be able to expand.
