Contest Brief

UCRC.biz is changing their name to RMCRC.com with a whole new logo and a whole new look!

The new website will have the same content that is contained on UCRC.biz

BUT, we are looking for a whole new color scheme BASED ON THE NEW LOGO, (see attached)

This company is a lending institution and so we need a "corporate" looking website. We like usbank.com, it is very clean, professional and user friendly.
We also like that there are 3 different menu levels
We also like the website http://www.cdt.biz/investments/
We like that the blue and silver are used as the main colors and the red is only used as an accent color
Designs that use actual wording from our existing website at ucrc.biz for menu items etc. will be favored.

We will require final files to be delivered in Photoshop .psd format with all layers.
