We require the design of a poster for a mortgage company. The poster dimensions are 24" x 36". We will need design ready for print with bleed lines.
We have a very good idea of the elements we would like to include in the poster. See attached document. We do not want to advertise the mortgage company itself except for what we are including in the attached document.

For the purposes of illustration, the mortgage rates (%) are included in the attached. For the poster itself, there will not be numbers on it, we will be using stickers for the numbers so that they can be changed frequently as mortgage rates change.

We need the poster to look as clean and simple as possible.

Please the dimensions mentionned is it in '' inches'' '' cm'' ''pixel'' ??
and please do you need to include some pictures in the poster ?
