I need an ad for a mortgage company. Ideas that the client liked are attached (Client really likes the button and the flames concepts). These ideas should be used as points of reference but should not be copied duplicated as they are.

Client logo attached.
All ads should include the disclaimer and the equal housing opportunity logo.

- Should include company logo and contact information

- Ad should also include something mentioning they have an online application available 24/7

- Dimensions 1800px x 1200px (300 dpi)
- File should be created in either Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Layered file will need to be surrendered upon completion
