New Website Template Design, Stylesheet and Bootstrap

Design an attractive, responsive, fresh, unique bespoke website template for My Wedding Compare. A wedding comparison website. Attached is the stylesheet.

This must be a new design please NOT an off the shelf one. Keep in mind that the new template must be responsive to different screen sizes.

the new template must be adaptable to handle the rest of the pages of the site, not only the pages requested here. The finished site must have a uniform "look and feel" across all pages.

I will attached logo and current CSS.
You can edit the current attached stylesheet which does the colours for header/footer etc for example

Everything else like buttons, panels, alerts, navigation etc is all bootstrap, so you will need to compile a customized version.

The Website doesn't actually have any html files as they are just generated on request.
