Hello,

We are an office furniture manufacturer and we need several different designs for reception counters that we can look to sell to our clients. But there are some special requirements, We need them to be kind of modular, as in they can't be too difficult to make i.e. heaps of curved wood or stone or funky shaped counters etc.
we need to be able to make them fairly easily as we want to sell them over and over again. we will also look at selling them flatpacked in the future so you can understand that we need the basic shape of the reception fairly simple, and just add things onto it to be able to customises it and make it funky and attractive. i hope you understand what i mean?

There are TWO parts to this contest.
firstly, i am looking at designs for the whole counter and the way that its made.
but secondly, i am also just looking for designs of the front of the counter and things you can do to one counter that will make it look different, such as designer panels on the front or different colours or statement blocks that attach to the front. etc.
I have attached some sketches of some designs that we have already come up with that will give you an idea of what we want. but i really want some different shaped counter too, if they are all the same shape with different designs on the front they still won't sell very well, so some different shapes are essential to win this contest.

Are only detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD enough or you want the 3D model as well?

  i would prefer some renders of some kind, even if they are not brilliant quality. they can be similar quality to the ones i proved on my example pages, but i want them a little betterh than these if you can (for example, more colour rather than just a white sketched counter.) but they don't have to be great photo quality stuff, and they don't have to be placed in a background at this stage...
