We need to do a tabletop calendar measuring 148mm X 210mm (need 2 options of portrait and landscape) for a client.

We need 13 sheets (1 page with days of the month and the other side with the company's security products such as locks). Total 12 months so 12 sheets and the extra one for the company profile and 2015 calendar.

The client will be giving this to clients in Asia which is Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia and India. They would like to indicate the holidays for each of the region in the calendar. Maybe we need to have the respective holiday dates underneath the days or at the side so that it does not make the days messy. Perhaps common holidays should be in red while special holidays with respect to the respective country should be in another colour. Please see attached files for samples of what we mean.

So, we will need the freelancer to research which are the public holidays in the 10 countries, organise them into a systematic presentation and do some nice designs for the layout of the months. Once we confirm the designer, we will upload the photos for him to insert on the other side of the month.

At the moment, I do not need you to do any graphic designs or pictures for the calendar as the customer will supply the pictures of their products. What I need is just your layout of the day/month and holidays for the different countries. When the layout that the customer is chosen, we will then just put in the pictures from my customer

The customer does security systems like locks, card access etc.. and corporate colour is blue.. We will get the stock images from them and put them in when we confirm the design that the customer has chosen for the calendar
