Update 11/27/2015: I have added more images below of the helmet upon request.

I'm coming into my 5th Season of my YouTube channel and want to offer a promotional shirt for my fans. I will be printing it through TeeSpring so I will need the design to fit within the guidelines for the printing that I will list below.

You can reference the image I attached. In the image you can see pictures of the helmet that the design will need to be based on (3 images in the far left). Also in the image you can see an example of my Season 2 design. I would like this new design to be similar to that one, but using a polygonal art style (examples shown of right). Please note that the helmet I am currently using (photos shown) doesn't have the same graphics as the helmet from Season 2 so please make sure to reference the actual photos of the helmet for your designs. The helmet also needs to be facing straight in the design. For the visor part of the helmet I would suggest using tones of gray or very light blue.

Below I'm listing all of the "Rules" that designs need to use for printing on TeeSpring.
1. Too many colors

Images that have too many colors. For optimal screen-printing, we only allow 10 colors per design. Because each hue counts as it's own color, If an image has a lot of shading or tinting, what might appear like only a few colors can easily go over our 10 color limit. If you're running into this error, please reduce the number of colors in your image. You can also contact someone from our Design Support team with the image file, and we can attempt to reduce the colors for you.

2. Photographs

Because photographs can often be very intricate, we are not able to ensure precise screen printing on them. For this reason, we do not allow photographs to be uploaded to our designer.

3. File-sizes that are too large

The maximum file size that our designer will accept is 5MB.

4. Max/Min Dimensions for an image

Maximum Dimensions are 3000 x 3000 pixels.
Minimum Dimensions are 200 x 200 pixels.

5. Max/Min Resolution for an image

Maximum Resolution is 300 DPI for a PNG or JPG.
Minimum Resolution is 72 DPI for a PNG or JPG.
