Contest Brief

I need a mock up with a simple design over this web portal - see attached.
This web site is targetting teachers for upqualification and network among teachers.
It must look professional, simple and clean design. No pictures of children nor childrens drawings.
It should look more like a network portal.

I would prefer if the file can be delivered as a .psd.

Sorry! I forgot to update after uploading the pictures. The structure of the site is not really important as I primarily need a design for a site and with suggestion how to make the features look good. Please feel free to suggest other ways to show this...
