Contest Brief

We represent a client that is building an apartment building. The frame/structure is finished, we are now about to begin the exterior design/decoration of the apartment unit. Our builder has provided a 3ds Max file of the exterior view, we are looking for someone to modify that with a "Modern and Elegant" design.

Please note, we are not interested in the "side" view of the apartment as the side will be completely walled off. The only view area we are interested in is the "Front" view of the apartment building.

Design needs to include:
Grass/Landscaping
Walkway to Main entrance Door
Road to Underground Garage parking
Balcony Design
Balcony Door
Front of Building
Main Gate
Main door to building
Exterior Wall (building will have an exterior Gate) Please see 2D Floorplan
Outside steps to Main Door
Side walls

This contest will be judged solely on artistic design which will allow potential tenants to feel "wow" before entering. We are looking for a design that represents Luxury and Elegance

highly suspicious am reporting this contest ,the winning design doesnt even show the entire building,no modification on exterior at all.a lot of effort and hours but like expected because i show some warning in the comments but i kept working.anyway, .this is ridiculous.

Suspicios, the winner is a recent member of the page no portfoliono no contest registrations and the entry has no design modification difrent from the grass on one side and a block on the other side, in fact thats how the 3d file is provided by the "host" , a sad case for legitimate effort and congratulations for us, love entries #10 #5 #20 #7

i can make a wow exterior render but i need at least to have an idea about what is on the sides of the building,if you can give the location on google map or just tell me if i can put only trees and grass or some buildings.
