Contest Brief

I am satisfied with the interior layout but need help in designing the complete exterior facade especially for the 2 level section because I'm unhappy with the window layout. I will accept changes to the interior if needed to improve exterior. I want the design to be similar to the image attached (desired exterior.pdf).

The following is required:
-Roof material will be concrete tile in color dark brown
-Exterior will be smooth finish walls, light color
-Window and door frames will be dark brown
-All windows to be full view

**NOTE: Houses in the Florida Keys are required to be on stilts/pilings due to flood levels. This must be taken into consideration. I've included a photo of an example of a house on stilts/pilings (see file: house on stilts pilings.JPG).

@dfpizanoarquitec This house sits on stilts/pilings (see file: house on stilts pilings.JPG). In the Florida Keys its required in certain areas due to flood levels of water. The only area in the first floor that will have a room is the storage room toward the center.

Ground Floor plan ? Is the ground floor elevation fully blocked with storages ? Please explain. Also you have no balcony showing in the elevation for 3rd and 2nd floor on the left hand side. Will you like to have a balcony ?
