Your job will be to design a single-sided flyer for the following app

here is the marketing text (in case you need more marketing text, you are free to use more text if required, just look at 'period tracker' apps for inspiration

there are some pretty app-flyers out there when you google image search 'app flyer'.

please only provide a FLAT image, by that I mean the following:
http://cdn4.frip.in/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Promotion-App-Flyer-Template.jpg
do not use a 3D effect for presentation or anything else.

please also state the cost for future flyers with the same design, I will need a few more.
plus, in case you area able to do it, the cost of converting this flyer into a single page web-design

there is no hurry here, I will keep this contest open for an extended period of time. I am not under time pressure for this one.
