3 bedrooms
2 seats for cars
general services and outdoor patio

I want the simple, flat facade proposal

It is simple, but I want something original.

The field measurements are:

9 meters wide access - 14 meters long.

There are no limits on the design, I just want something modern and pleasant

  I hope you need a fully functional design and that you'll make a right decision. Because sometimes visuals may be good, but the standards of such things like garage width, WC size, stairway height and length (often that last one) are violated. They may look good on the plan, but can't exist in real life.
