I need both in A4 size, preferably Microsoft Word 2010 format so that it can be edited

Letterhead: Using the company logo and colour scheme, please see the current template we use and improve on it. Note I need space to put 3 Business addresses. So please create the letterhead such that it can accommodate 3 location addresses. The addresses are:
Location 1: 130B Duffy Avenue, Westleigh 2120
Location2: Nexus Norwest Building, 4 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills 2153
Location3: West Pennant Hills Medical Centre, 16-18 Castle Hill Road, West Pennant Hills 2125.

Hi all, I need less colour on the bottom as we fax alot and this will come out just black on the client's end. I like lines more than blocks of colour. THanks
