Contest Brief

We are in a process of changing our name from My Mother Hen Chartered Accountant to Tax Focus Chartered Accountants and we need a new logo for the new name. We are a boutique accounting firm specializing in tax services offering tax and accounting services to both individuals and businesses. We strive to offer top quality services (highly qualified partners) but we do our best to keep our prices affordable. (not cheap but great ,value for money,services ). We are a young and vibrant team and we always aim to build great connection with our clients who are mostly happy to return and bring referrals as well.
The main reason for changing the name is the high level of mixed feedback received during the past and also to reflect better (and more obvious) what we do and who we are.
We like our current logo and we would be happy to keep the same colors (we like blue and we would prefer up to 3 colors) .We like the way the current character (font?) suits MMH (we think they are a great choice for that logo) but we are open for anything that would look great, fresh, trendy with the new name. The "hen" icon is perfect for what the current name is but we don't see it representative for the new name so we are looking to change it therefore looking for some great ideas there too. We are open for suggestions i.e. image plus name, creative name only, whatever looks smart, simple, eye catching, elegant.
My colleagues who are currently working on a fresh new website indicated that we need:
1. logo with business name next to it (2 files in total = 1 x lossless file, preferably vector format; 1 x .gif or.png format)
2 logo with business name and tagline - one version would be a rectangle that is long & thin (2 files in total = 1 x lossless file, preferably vector format; 1 x .gif or.png format), and
3. logo with business name and tagline - a second version would be a rectangle that's stubbier & more compact overall (2 files in total = 1 x lossless file, preferably vector format; 1 x .gif or.png format)
2 formats for each of these - 1 x lossless file, preferably vector format; 1 x .gif

The new brand name is Tax Focus and the tag line is Chartered Accountants
