Logo #1: This is a logo for La Casa Bonita, the name of an apartment complex. Want the logo to help tenants feel good and have pride about where they live. Obvious potential themes--Spanish flare and "The beautiful house." Apartment complex has a courtyard with oak trees, probably best feature of the complex.

Logo #2: Logo for Incentivize Enterprises, LLC. Concept is a belief in the free market, a belief that given market incentives, individuals work hard to innovate, create and perform.

Please provide both jpeg and eps formats.
