Design of a new header for existing website

This is the website of a 132 year old company that rents high quality costumes to private people, but also companies, theaters and movies.
The Header of this website design is made out of background layers (hg.png and bg_3.png) and the Logo with some changes to fit in (Logo_with_borders.png). Now I would like to have a new header for it:

The red bar...
...should be a ribbon or fabric with maybe some sewing stitches to "fix" it on the background, preferably also in red. The red can be the color of the second word in the logo, or as it is now a little bit darker. It could be the same hight as now, or with no gap on top. It should be repeated horizontaly, or be any other format so that it looks good on all different monitors and mobile-screens. The white text is written on top of it as HTML.
It should represent the tradition of the company, maybe give a connection to the costumes (ergo the fabric or ribbon) and just simply look good.

The background...
... (grey) is given and attached.

The Logo...
... and it's width (208px) is also given, as it is part of the html structure. The Logo-File needs to have the exact same width, but the black borders as well as the background can be adapted to the new design.

So in the end I need two files: The new red header and the logo fitting in, both in JPG or PNG - depending on the design.
