design of a villa on a top of hill

Contest Brief

the land is 2000 sqm...the villa will be built on 25 % of this land which is the top of a hill.
i need just ideas or design for a villa with outside landscaping. (no need for measurement or deep details)

villa will need to be 3 floors with lebanese aspect (red brick on top)...a lot of terraces.
first floor to be 400 m ..second 300 and third 300m

surrounding will include swimming pool and pergolas.

PS:just a picture ..a photo...a colored sketch...no need for details or partition...i will add 1 example of house that wish to have similar design

The contest is quite interesting, but if you want designers to take interest in it, increase the price to at least $500 for good work. secondly, please give clear details and a sketch of the work if possible. This is too shallow. I would however like to give you some good work.

We have participated in competitons that lead to further work through Freelancer. We have won as well. However, as a policy, we do not participate in competitions with budgets below USD 500. Thank you for the invitation, we would definitely consider participating if the prize of the competition is increased and the winner can enter into negotiations to further define the project. Best.
