Contest Brief

New product in the "Controll" series and need to illustrate the label.

Background:
Maynor AS is a Norwegian company that develops, manufactures and supplies chemical products of high quality to stop and prevent moisture problems in masonry and concrete. We are known for delivering high quality, efficient and environmentally friendly products. All products are tested, proven and well-documented; sales are to the DIY market in a number of European and Asian countries.

Our flagship and bestseller product is ”Betongtett” (international the name is “Innerseal”). The illustration on this label reflects a typical and popular Norwegian private home. The illustration is very simple in its details and coloration, but at the same time very illustrative for the purpose of the product. Feedback from customers points clearly out that the image identifies a solution to their moisture/damp problem.

Need:
We are going to launch a new product - “Innerseal Plus”- that in addition to give a transparent semi-gloss also seals and strengthen garage floors. To do this we need an illustration for the label that emphasizes an attractive garage floor solution. We would very much like to keep up the profile from “Betongtett” in simplicity and intuitivity, but at the same time be specific that the subject is an attractive flooring solution. (After all, that is what we are selling).
The perspective to be made is be entirely up to you, e.g. to decide either the angle is from the front side, aerial view or inside the garage.

Please feel free to use "Controll house" and “Norwegian garage” as inspiration, and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

NB: The winner will be used for out next products out and to enhance the “Controll house”.
