Contest Brief

We are looking to have our existing logo remade in order to better work with smaller print publishing. We are a video game related company and looking for a logo that will express this.

I have attached our existing logo of an 8 Bit skull made from video game controllers. While we do love this design, it is limited in its use on small print and web areas due to the fine detail. We encourage you to use our existing and revise it to make it work on both large and small print. We are interested to see what it looks like made from the same style controllers with the crossbones underneath the skull (Use Wii controllers as the bones with Nintendo controllers as the ends of the crossbones). We may keep the existing logo if someone here can make a version to go with it, in the same style that will look good on smaller print. Maybe Our existing skull filled in solid white with an N inside it?

We also want the name Noobs incorporated in the logo. I have attached letter styles we like. There is one "BANDIT", we love the style of letter as well as the skull incorporated into the letter A. this would look great to have our skull incorporated in the same way in both O's in Noobs. We also like the lettering style from "BORDERLANDS" but would still like the skull in the O's.

We are looking for someone to build on this design or bring in entirely new elements.

The finished product should be done in Illustrator and high resolution vector file.

We will require the Vector file as well as PNG, Photoshop or Illustrator files once the job is awarded to the winner.

  just noticed the freelancer upload process eliminated the transparent PNG layer for white... making the whole logo invisible on a white jpg for anyone. as it's too late for me to post a modification, you can contact me so i can send you a proper version

So far it looks like our original logo is still in the lead for votes over here. We do however still need the NOOBS name put on it. If anyone wants to play around with the name and positioning. We included ideas and type font we like in the brief.
