Contest Brief

I work for a real estate company and every year we need to come up with a new annual report design.

I require from a freelancer 8 pages in adobe Indesign and I will do the rest.
Please find attached the brochure we created for 2013 and 2014. It is important to create a new design similar to the 2 previous report. We need a modern design preferably.

If you were to look at the 2014 brochure. We are looking for a new design for the following pages:

- The front cover (page 1)
- The back cover (page 46)
- The table of content (page 5)
- Organisational chart page (page 10)
- The overview page (page 16)
- 1 Asset page - Assets from portfolio (page 18 and 19)
- 1 Asset page - Featured assets (page 38)

(I have also attached the fonts we usually use for brochure as well as some new development pictures and the logo)

Best regards,

David

I have a question concerning page 10 (the organization chart) ,
Will the page title going to be (INVESTMENT VEHICLE) as written ?
What data exactly you want to be written in this page ? I mean your organization data in the 2014 issue is written through page 10 till 13 !
OR did you meant you want a blank design with header and footer only?
